Terrible customer service. Few staff, making waiting time long. When the food arrives it is already cold. Other than that, the flavor of the snack is satisfactory. But I don't recommend it if you are in a hurry.

I'm an Uber Eats courier and I'm already going for the third or fourth time and the service for us couriers is degrading, today I spent almost 10 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to answer... 3 people facing away from the public... None of them even turned to say hello and ask the client's name... They were talking to each other in whispers... I was ignored for 10 minutes or more until someone turned around and asked the client's name.

Without a doubt the worst Burger King I've ever visited. When I order home, it takes around 1:30 hours to wait, if I go to the establishment, it takes 40 minutes for the food to be delivered when the room is empty. Self-service machines do not work. There are no multiple items on the menu. The garbage is always full to bursting
