It's very bad to organize an event where they promise a service and certain hours, but on the day of the event they change the rules, they had already received the money, right? Furthermore, a lot of people, a lot of noise, several events taking place at the same time. Having to ask for things two or three times or even having to go to the counter to get them because they forget. Other than that the food is ok. It's a restaurant I've visited a few times. I always really liked it and it was the place I chose for my 50th birthday party. The food is very good and in terms of buffets I don't know anything like it. The service this time left something to be desired, it was full, it's a fact, but for excellence the details make a difference. I don't recommend the extra welcome drink, it's a waste of money, and if we hadn't insisted on setting the table we would have paid and wouldn't have enjoyed it ?. A lunch with 39 people should have had someone paying attention to what was needed, we were abandoned. Bringing 15 plates for the cake and 15 glasses for the sparkling wine, at a table with 39 guests and having to ask for more and more, anyway! Since they always have some parties, why don't they leave people responsible for specific tables? Finally, it was very noisy, it was impossible to talk in the middle of so much noise, so I asked when booking to go further away from the buffet, a request that was granted but the day before the party they called me to say that it was no longer possible. In short, good food, a beautiful farm with enormous potential, in my opinion there is a lack of care for the customer and organization from the moment of booking. Staff should be trained to be more focused on customer empathy. I confess that I was disappointed with my choice.
