Restaurante Caco Palmela is known for its consistent service and friendly, attentive staff. The presentation of the restaurant, both inside and out, is pleasant, with wonderful decoration. While there may be limited parking, the food is worth the visit. The broken eggs and Francesinha with cake from Caco were particularly enjoyable, with a good balance of flavors and spice. The lagareiro cod is delicious and a great option, while the pataniscas with rice and beans and the chicken caco with mushrooms, fried sweet potatoes, and salad are also wonderful. The dishes are excellent and copious, with tasty and well-prepared food. The fries were the only slight disappointment in an otherwise positive dining experience. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food makes it a recommended spot. The cellar offers good wines to discover, and the service is great, with people always attentive and helpful, often with a smile. Young staff members add a fresh touch to the experience.
