We ate in this restaurant as it was nearby our hotel. It was a nice meal, and the staff were very attentive. t is right next to the train station so if you are sitting in the new conservatory, you can watch the trains go by.

Good food, average prices for location. Great view outdoors in the back (old rail station). Offers menu options that are more affordable. Sometimes noisy. Could have better higiene practices.
Sitting on a railway platform (almost) whilst eating dinner was rather fun! Food was good especially the fish. Staff friendly and helpful. A bit more expensive than expected though.

VERY rude. Asked politely to use the lavatory. Owner pretended not to understand me, then said it wasn't possible because it was closed & literally waved me off. 5 minutes later he opens his café..
