One of the best Pizzas that Barlavento has to offer, Neapolitan style with a super light dough on the stomach with very fresh and more typical ingredients, great Burrata pizza and with Nduja real deal. What a pizzeria really needs is a good quality dough, good yeast and a quality tomato sauce, and Miguel's pizzas, in addition to the fresh ingredients, have just that.
W.O.W!I didn't expect a pizza as good as the one I got at Miguel's!the dough was fantastic and not least the filling aswell!not the last time we come here :-)can recommend the burrata pizza
The pizzas are made on the spot, they are very delicious and there is a great variety, without a doubt, to repeat!
