Today, at the end of the day, I went to order two birthday cakes, as I have done for over 20 years. I was with my daughter who is Portuguese. Until today, I was treated with respect. The lady who was taking my order was XENOPHOBA, with an undignified speech. I was answering questions with kindness and the lady was providing disrespectful service, with an arrogant tone and rolling her eyes, such as, this stuffing is only made in their country, they are the ones who like to invent it, when I said that the My daughter's name had an accent, I heard: “_you think I don't know Portuguese and I didn't go to school?! Among other regrettable and unnecessary phrases, I was perplexed.
Anyway, I don't recommend it.

I've been going to Ribeiro religiously every Christmas for 19 years. This year was the first year that I ordered instead of going there to buy directly at the counter. I don't know if it was because of this, but the products delivered were not of the same quality. I was embarrassed with a king cake that was completely dry and had almost no fruit (which cost 23 euros), the dreams were much thinner and tasted like "yesterday" when compared to previous years, and the cherry on top was the delivery of an egg lamprey (36 euros!) in a normal cake box, made of cardboard, without any type of protection or film, and without even a warning that the syrup could spill. I arrived at the car with the sugar syrup spilled all over my clothes and shoes, the car was dirty, all the clothes needed to be washed, and dry lamprey on the table. Regardless of this experience, which could be considered bad luck rather than lack of care on the part of employees, for me it was the end of a cycle. They do not allow payment in MB at Christmas, which immediately gives a dubious image, and really a person faced with an order like this feels deceived because the products are not worth the price.
