“I must admit that even waiting outside and the slightly high price is something worth the experience of having lunch here. The food was great ni had the soup with chorizo and the cod salad. I recommend the pumpkin and requeson dessert. I will comeback just for it.“

“We found a flyer for this restaurant while strolling the streets of Sintra and decided to give them a try. So glad we did because the food was SO yummy. This was our second Indian restaurant in Portugal and just when we thought it couldn’t get better, it did! The staff was so kind and catered to our needs really well. The food was all very reasonably priced. Definitely give this place a try. They have a cute patio as well though it was chilly on the evening we went so we sat inside.“

“Hey, we were there on Wednesday, March 27. They treated us wonderfully, we mentioned that one of us had to eat gluten-free and lactose-free, they behaved great and like ordering a starter that will avoid both things, they brought me a special piece of buckwheat bread toast, while my partner ate the first course .The attention of the two people who run the dining room is wonderful. At all times they spoke to us in Spanish or Portuguese so that we could understand each other.Very obrigada“

“Delicious vegetarian food. The presentation is beautiful and the dish is very tasty. There are several options available. The menu is the dishes served on a large table and they explain what each one contains, suggesting according to what you want, there is a starter and the prices are the same. Interesting.“

“An incredible find for those seeking authentic, delicious Portuguese seafood dishes. Alex, our server was outstanding and attentive. The Lemon mousse was a perfect follow-up to the pan fried grouper and paella. An excellent choice for those seeking a break from tourist traps!“

“We really enjoyed the plant-based experience!Although all the dishes are good, if it weren't for the fork fest the bill would be "too much".It also went better because we were the first to arrive, because when it starts to fill up the service becomes very slow. The restaurant has a small grocery store that follows the concept and ends up being part of the decor and is very interesting. The balance was very positive.“

“It's been a while since I was welcomed in a restaurant like I was here. The occasion, my husband's birthday, who hates having people sing happy birthday to him. The friendliness of the staff was far beyond what I expected. The restaurant was on our own, although on weekends and in the summer it is busy. Very funny atmosphere, well decorated, divine food, octopus salad and very good cockle patties. The Tornedó cooked perfectly. Irreproachable wine list. If this wasn't reason enough to come back, the waiter suggested putting a candle in the dessert and so we sang happy birthday to the husband who in the end confided that all birthdays should be like this. 5 stars, without hesitation.“

“Dinner for 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children between 9 and 12 years old. The total was €94.50.The burgers are a good size and there are 3 side options: potato chips, sticks or sweet potato sticks (this option adds €0.75).The flour balls are tasty and a reasonable size. The vegetarian balls are quite hard on the outside. As I'm not used to this type of balls, I don't know if they're all like this or if they could be better. There are 3 good options in the restaurant:- Children's menu, which includes 2 natural mini burgers and a juice, for €6- cocktail menu, which includes a burger and cocktail for €11- Gutsy Burger, which offers 3 giant 480g burgers to be shared by 4 people, for €19.90.I consider desserts to be relatively expensive. €2 for something that looked like the size of 2 to 3 stacked Oreo cookies.Regarding parking (paid), and depending on the time, it can be a little more difficultVegetarian options: The menu offers 1 starter and 4 vegetarian dishesWheelchair accessibility: Establishment on ground floor without steps“

“Walked in for a Tuesday night dinner and was seated immediately! The interior is really big with a lot of tables. We ordered a couple items but my favorite was the monkfish with rice. It was kind of like a soup and came to our table in a large pot with a ladle. The flavors were fantastic, one of the best things I’ve eaten in Sintra. The service was good, very friendly. We received a free dessert :)The other two dishes we ordered were just okay. One of it was a seafood skewer and the other dish was a grilled cod. Both had a very simple olive oil taste and we requested some hot sauce to go with it. I find that Portuguese food tends to lack salt in general. The menus were outdated and didn’t give the food any justice. The menu with prices on it was in Portuguese only so we had to play some matching with the English menu and the Portuguese one to figure out the prices.“

“Such a cute little restaurant. The owners cook all the food themselves and it's delicious. Especially the desserts. The juice was freshly made in front of us!Vegetarian options: Everything at this restaurant is vegan. No animal products and they don't add sugar.“

“Negative point, it doesn't accept ATMs but there is one at the door that is very useful. Generous doses, 1/2 dose being enough for 2 people.Sometimes the environment is too noisy, which doesn't make it easy to eat as calmly as the meal deserves. But the stew is really good and so are the other dishes.“

“A good gastronomic experienceFrom the moment I entered the restaurant, I was captivated by the inviting atmosphere and impressive level of organization and cleanliness. The variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes is a real treat for the senses, offering an authentic and diverse culinary experience. The option of choosing fresh fish or squid, which is grilled to order, guarantees an unforgettable flavor that is difficult to find elsewhere. The fried banana with melted chocolate is, without a doubt, a highlight of the menu and a must-have for any visitor. For those who prefer a more traditional side dish, fried potatoes with savory dishes or meat are an excellent option, prepared with the same attention to quality and flavor. The service is efficient and fast, with employees always ready to help. The open kitchen not only adds an element of transparency to the dining experience, but is also a testament to the establishment's impeccable cleanliness. The bathroom, often a neglected area in restaurants, maintains the standard of cleanliness and organization seen throughout the place. In summary, my visit was a wonderful experience that I will certainly repeat. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a quality meal in a pleasant and well-kept environment.Vegetarian options: Good variety. And you can put it on a hot plate.“

“Location (seafront) and food is quite amazing, and surprisingly secluded by the seashore, definitely a gem worth checking. Service definitely has to step up though, it just spoiled the experience; service is too slow and waiters are too casual and not knowledgeable at all on the menu. You cant charge high and hire untrained staff to deliver your high quality product. Management should step up and get more involved on day to say quality of service.“
