Last Sunday I had lunch at the Diferença restaurant in Paredes. I'm from the area, and I had no knowledge of the place, the truth is that I tried the house's pizza and it was the best I've ever tried in my life. The lasagna, requested by my girlfriend, also turned out to be a very high quality dish. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the owner was extremely attentive and close to the customer. Without a doubt a place to revisit.
My girlfriend and I ate a medium calzone, a medium prosciutto and mushroom pizza, a garlic bread with cheese and bacon, a thin one with blackcurrant and a 37.5 cL bottle of Vitalis water.We really liked the food, well prepared and tasty.High level service, very polite, attentive and concerned with customer satisfaction.Adequate price, we paid €23.I highly recommend coming and trying this restaurant.
