The atmosphere is beautiful, but the day I went the table service wasn't good, they delivered my order wrong twice, there was a guy and a girl serving the tables, I didn't like it, I didn't even want to go back to try anything else. Even though the environment is beautiful, it's a shame

I was once a customer and received very poor service, with the restaurant practically empty it took a long time for me to be served and after placing my order the waiter came to apologize for the cook having forgotten my toast. And in the last few days I was an employee and I saw the filth inside the kitchen full of rats. They treat their employees very badly, don't pay as agreed, and even change your schedule by sending messages after midnight for the next day, without any kind of consideration. The owner is an ignorant creature, without the slightest respect and education towards others, she is repressed. The only good thing is the view!

Fantastic space, I never thought that there would be a space like Dip in the Sousa Valley!Dinner was fantastic beef and an amazing octopus rice was also served!!!The best sangria I've had to date!!

DIP Restaurant in Paredes, a place YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO.Wait 1 hour for ordered meals. The broken eggs after 1 hour of waiting were served with old and completely cold French fries and ham with an unpleasant smell. The Filet Mignon came with good meat but packaged puree and completely cold vegetables. It should be noted that there was a table with around 10 teenagers eating pizza and us (a couple).After complaining about the broken eggs, I still got the answer that it was all freshly made, as if they thought we wouldn't know what fresh, freshly made food is.Experience not to be repeated.Don't go to the DIP restaurant in Paredes because you will be surprised for the worst reasons.

Deplorable service to say the least! Birthday dinner €30 per person, where we were served broken eggs and pizza, the price was ridiculous to say the least, mainly because the service was as shoddy as there is! We arrived at 9pm, they served us our starters and it was only almost 12am that dinner was brought to the table. I think it's unacceptable to wait almost 3 hours for a pizza and some tenderloins (horrible in advance, tough meat and cold, raw rice).Of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant, even taverns surpass this “chic” restaurant. Clearly never to set foot there again.

I had dinner at this restaurant yesterday, as we were a group of 8 people and our reservation was for 7:30 pm. We were served quickly and the drinks arrived not long after we ordered them. However, the pizzas started to arrive 1 hour after we had placed the order, in which two arrived first, and within a 25-minute interval the rest arrived. By the time the last person got their pizza, the first people had already finished. Not to mention that they came raw. When we still didn't have any dishes on the table, we questioned the waitress, about 40 minutes after the order was placed, in which she replied that she couldn't do anything and turned her back. It wasn't the only unpleasant response we got over dinner from the staff, in which they showed a lack of friendliness, professionalism, preparation and empathy. Everyone makes mistakes, one service worse than another is normal to happen, what is not normal is having a team in an establishment like this without the ability to interact with the customer and try to satisfy their needs as much as possible.

We waited 1 hour for the first pizza to arrive, and the rest arrived in drops, with the last pizza arriving 30 minutes after the first.It should be noted the responses received by the employees when we questioned the reason for the delay: “I can't do anything” without any kind of justification. It is worth noting the lack of empathy and desire to be present on the part of the employees.Still, the pizza dough came raw.Poor service and care.First, and definitely last time.
