They lose out on service, due to the fact that they have a lot of customers, they get a bit confused when serving, when I went they forgot a francesinha on the table where I was, we asked for fries several times and they didn't come.

First time there, Francesinha with grandson top, francesinha with piglet top. It's a rare restaurant that gets the sauce right (which is what the house does) and in this case it's more than approved. ?
