My experience at this restaurant was one of the worst I've ever had, we arrived at the restaurant and saw a long queue, and we thought okay the food must be good let's go, we got in easily as we had booked, but from here the disaster began.
Firstly we had to wait 1h30 for the food, okay this can be discounted as the restaurant was completely full.
We ordered cod, steak (meat), and octopus (the restaurant has other names for the dishes), I can tell you that it was one of the worst dishes I've ever eaten, the steak was for me, without any type of flavor, it had no seasoning whatsoever. , I simply didn't know anything. I also asked for rice to go with it because I was hungry, unsalted rice, it tasted like soap, I don't know, completely bad. I thought okay this dish must have turned out badly, so I went to try the rest, cod without salt, no flavor either, I couldn't show it, octopus was a little burnt, it looked like gum and I didn't even want to try it anymore.
Okay, I went to the desserts, I tried the biscuit cake and moist sponge cake, horrible biscuit cake, it looked bad, it was probably a week old when it was made, it tasted like recess, I felt sick.
The only good thing was the moist sponge cake, the only thing I managed to taste and I recommend trying it.
I hope they improve the quality, because when they ask for an average of 15 to 20 euros per dish, I think we should demand a little quality now...

The food was good and the service was excellent.
They do not have a reservation system so, on busy days, waiting times can be long.

Nice option for a close dinner to Lomba, they don't take reservations. We had a 20 min wait for a party of 8 (late July). It was packed with locals. The chorizo and rissoles (empanada type) were excellent to start. The meat (we got beef platters, San Domingo, and a pork platter) we shared across our group. We made the mistake of telling them medium/well done (because of kids). Meat was very tasty but a little dry. The melon was exceptional! Their traditional cake I'd only get if you love egg yolk. I detest it, so I really did not enjoy that dessert (that apparently they're very well known for). Our server was excellent. Overall a nice meal, i'd recommend to try if you're in the area.

Best place, it's close to the river, you ask for what you want and they give it to you quickly and with good quality. For example, whenever I go there I always order the same thing, which is a prego on a plate and they do it in a way that makes it very good. When the restaurant is full they ask for your phone number so when it's your turn to sit and eat they call you. I highly recommend that you go.
Parking: The location is very good because it is close to a river and there is no mention of parking. Ramadinha is close to a very large parking lot and when the restaurant is full there is still space to park.
Kid-friendliness: It's suitable for children because you just ask for what you want, for example my cousin always wants two sausages, a portion of fries and an egg and they make it quickly and with good quality. I highly recommend that you go

On vacation in Portugal, we let ourselves be tempted by this place. What to say ? Attractive prices for cuisine full of flavors and colors. Everything is good ? The service is great and the servers are all very nice ? We will come back a few more times before we leave for sure
