Nice option for a close dinner to Lomba, they don't take reservations. We had a 20 min wait for a party of 8 (late July). It was packed with locals. The chorizo and rissoles (empanada type) were excellent to start. The meat (we got beef platters, San Domingo, and a pork platter) we shared across our group. We made the mistake of telling them medium/well done (because of kids). Meat was very tasty but a little dry. The melon was exceptional! Their traditional cake...
Best place, it's close to the river, you ask for what you want and they give it to you quickly and with good quality. For example, whenever I go there I always order the same thing, which is a prego on a plate and they do it in a way that makes it very good. When the restaurant is full they ask for your phone number so when it's your turn to sit and eat they call you. I highly recommend that you go.
