More than 1 hour waiting for the pizza and I live just 5 minutes from the establishment. The same thing happened every time I ordered from this Telepizza, I ALWAYS repeat it. It's already 3 times. It was the last time I did it. I believe the blame for these situations lies not with the staff who work there but with the organization of Telepizza itself, which exploits its own workers. (I speak with knowledge of the facts).

It's not for the pizza or the people, but if I could I would give the company 0 stars. 1 hour wait because they send all the orders to a single courier, pizza arrives cold and no one is happy, me for the wait, the poor courier for the workload, and the people in the store who have no explanation to give. A real shame.
