Disorganized employees, full house divided into two spaces separated by plants! But considering it was only half full, I waited 45 minutes for my order without it arriving, the coca cola was already out of gas… two tables that arrived after mine were served before mine! I ended up losing my patience and leaving... So I can't even comment on the quality or otherwise of the burgers! But it's certainly not the best way to start a weekend!

By chance we came to have lunch at the burger place in the square... we were a little disappointed.I ordered a francesinha... as it's not the house specialty, I think they should pay more attention to this characteristic dish of the region. How to serve a cold francesinha, where nothing filling it has been on the plate except the meat? All raw sausages? The sauce was not to my taste.We also ordered the burger with francesinha sauce. The sauce was too watery and tasteless and lukewarm, almost cold.The service was good, one person serving with the room very composed and it was still efficient.

I ended up going to this burger restaurant after going to see a film at the Cinemax in Penafiel. A small but welcoming space thanks to the fantastic, friendly and organized staff.As I went because of the cinema + dinner promotion, the menu provided by the promotion, despite being very affordable and good, was very small (half a dozen items), however the burger I chose was clearly a very good bet: It was the right size but filled well, well seasoned and just right. The potatoes were just a little too salty for my taste, but they were delicious and the sauce helped them cut through. I can't speak outside of the promotion mentioned, however from what I've seen of other people's orders it wouldn't be bad either!There are still a few things to improve in my opinion: the cinema + dinner promotion menu, despite the fair price, could have one or two more options and they could also improve the reservation system a little, I felt that the room was not very bright for the small space that it is and it is also a little difficult for those coming from outside to find the place and get a table (the first time I went it was very full because of the promotion mentioned above and I ended up not eating).Even so, an excellent option to eat in Penafiel and leave very satisfied!

We went on vacation and we didn't know where to have dinner, we searched online and it was a success. It is somewhat hidden if you don't know it and don't live there. Lovely waitress with us and our little dog. It was all very rich. Recommendable.
