Despite the pleasant atmosphere, we were disappointed with the service:
We were 8 adults for a birthday dinner. Without prior notice or our request, they brought a platter with a variety of starters that looked very good. We were excited and for that reason we didn't complain and enjoyed the snacks that were included in the bill.
After this tasting, we were no longer hungry and for that reason we wanted to order in order to share a dose for two people. The employee said that this was not possible as they were individual doses. We then gave up on that option and ordered 1 dose each. What was our surprise when they brought two of the chosen dishes on a platter and told us that the portions were all together. At the time we complained and mentioned what they had told us at the beginning. The employee said that we were actually right but did nothing to restore or improve our experience at this restaurant. We were 8 friends and none of us will return or recommend this restaurant to anyone. In addition to being quite expensive, we were not satisfied with the way the service was handled.
I think the restaurant lost with this treatment and should rethink its procedures.

Very relaxed place with exemplary service.
I confess that I went looking for something simpler in cuisine, but I managed to appreciate the suggestions and what was served.
It ends up being a more gourmet place, but with all its merits.
From what I understand, there is no fixed menu. So it turns out to be an adventure ?
There is parking, but I, who went for the first time, didn't find it right away, I suggested bigger signs.
It was a good experience
Ps: I'm not in the habit of taking photos of dishes, so I won't add them.

Could have been a little gem - but we were disappointed to say the least.
You get a whole snack board served right away when you sit down - really cool - until you have to pay €25 for it (we weren't informed about that at all).
The food tasted of bouillon and was poorly seasoned, very boring (especially for the money!)
On the other hand, we had a very nice waiter some of the time who was smiling and nice.
For €70, I have never had such boring food!

We had a reservation, we arrived at the place at 1pm, there was a huge queue, with families who had appointments waiting to be seated. We wait calmly, as it is Easter Day, we understand that there may be delays. When they took us to the table, we were surprised by the place where they placed us. Next to a glass door with access to the terrace. The problem was not in the place itself, but rather the fact that the door had a stick stopping it from opening, with a cloth trying to cover the holes, with open cracks through which cold and drafts passed through. Despite the cold that was passing, which by the way was very cold, we still had a puddle of water next to one of the chairs. It was no coincidence that they had two heaters to minimize the cold that felt there. At the time, I asked to speak to the person in charge, to which an employee said I could speak to him. I explained the situation and showed my dissatisfaction. He asked to wait. I waited until no one said anything and I had to get upset about the situation again. I asked them to resolve the problem, otherwise I would have to file a complaint. Meanwhile, a man arrives who didn't introduce himself, asking if we could talk. I explained my dissatisfaction again, saying that we were poorly received and that they placed us in a repurposed place devoid of comfort. I added that these days are complicated, but if they don't have the capacity to receive everyone, they would have to limit reservations, in order to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction. The man who didn't introduce himself, but who I later found out from a lady waiting for a table, is the owner of the restaurant, and was extremely rude, saying that I would have to put myself in their shoes. These days are complicated. That he needs to make money, and that he expects everyone's understanding. In short, I thought the place where we were seated was excellent and had pleasant conditions to enjoy a nice meal.He immediately presented me with the complaints book for me to write. So I did. When he gives me a copy he asks me for my ID card because he had to take a photo, I immediately asked if he knew the GDPR, and very quickly he replied "no". I advised you to find out, as no one takes photos of my CC.This gentleman can cook very well, but when dealing with customers, he has a lot to learn and evolve. I'm not an advocate of "the customer is always right", but in this specific situation "the customer was absolutely right"! Despite this whole situation, he still made a post on social media, with a photo of my complaint and the following message "and that's it, 14 years of open doors and we lost our virginity....we apologize to the family and this lady We are grateful that at the same table another family sat and shared a wonderful meal and thanked us for having a table for them... have a holy Easter and may there be understanding among living beings."What a poor spirit and lack of professional ethics! Fortunately, I have photos that prove what I describe here. Congratulations and much success for your business, Mr. Hélder Rocha.

Restaurant in a rustic granite building, well decorated, comfortable interior. The tables are of adequate size, with good space between them.In addition to the main room, it also has two small spaces in the basement, very convenient for small groups. The food is well presented and prepared, from starters to main dishes, always with new daily suggestions. The service is friendly and helpful.
