Excellent restaurant in the village of Penela. Magnificent views of the village. Food very well prepared and with excellent flavor, acceptable sweets. Service a bit unfriendly and confusing. The sangria was very poorly made but overall a good restaurant for lunch or dinner with friends or family.

Everything was perfect but the quality of the meat or the preparation failed in some way. We ordered a piece of picanha and it was tough but very well seasoned. In the case of D. Sesnando's steak, we had a corner that was burnt which imparted a bit of flavor to the sauce, which I personally LOVE!!! Despite this, I will repeat every time I have to choose where to eat in Penela.

The food is good (although it was the restaurant in the region with the smallest servings) the atmosphere is pleasant, the location is great... the service is slow due to a lack of employees. It loses to the offer in the region where the quality/price is superior. I won't repeat it again.

Firstly, we would like to praise the quality of the food. I tried the wild boar, which was absolutely delicious, with accompaniments that enriched the dish with incredible flavors. My husband tried the salmon, which was good, but we noticed that removing the bones could be done with more care. The service was attentive and the atmosphere very pleasant. The decor was impeccable and the place was well maintained, which greatly contributed to our experience. The house dessert is also worth mentioning, as it was fresh and tasty, ending our meal perfectly. However, we felt the need to point out an inconvenience we encountered: there were a significant amount of flies in the place. This made the meal a little uncomfortable as we had to constantly fan ourselves. In any case, we really enjoyed our visit and hope that these comments can help to further improve the excellent service you offer. We will recommend your restaurant.
