However, at supper time (a paid service), we felt a bit of a rush: first they wanted to serve supper 1 hour after desserts had started and then they served steaks and broth very quickly, without giving the guests time to eat calmly. In addition, the tables were cleared when the cake and drinks were being cut. Poor communication by those responsible, at the time of the contract information was given by the farm manager, which later on the day was contradicted by the catering manager. On the day of the event, customers shouldn't be worried about details like these. The contract had to be fulfilled, without any problems on the day, which ended up ruining the party at the end.
