My 2nd review. I love the tapas at Ela’s particularly the shrimp, muscles, even the seasoned tuna pate with bread which they offer, the clams, smoked alheira, etc. good wines selections. The shame is that the service has been bad for last almost 2 yrs. Nobody trains service people here, the obvious of making the best of a trip to a table, clean another, get more than one order, etc. there was a lady who tries hard by the bar tenders are young & inexperienced.
