The Vine House at Quinoa São Luiz is a fantastic place to call home while in Duoro. The guest house has been renovated with Scandinavian looking rooms. Rooms are split over two floors. Most of the rooms face the Duoro River and you can enjoy the many transitions is the sun across the mountains on the other side of the river.Would highly recommend the Kopke wine tour. You can find out about the gorgeous Kopke ports at the source. Our guide for the tour was Lily and she was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and didn't mind answering even the silliest of questions. Suggest you try the evening tour as you can miss the bus tours which can be quite busy.The guest house itself has very friendly staff especially Michel. They offer three course meal at night and we tried one day and the meal was fantastic. Especially the duck magic course.Overall it's a gorgeous location with great service and when I am back in Duoro I will be staying here.
