After reading some comments, I was a little afraid of risking a family lunch at Xanoca! Contrary to what I read, we were well received, the food was very well prepared, with more than enough and generous portions, with very acceptable prices! I can't say it's a great place, but it was pretty good!
I LOVED!!! I drank fine, ate well, had excellent service and our entrepreneurs love Xanoca. There were 35 of us and we still had enough seats, we waited a little but we ate them all!
Vegetarian options: There are several types of salad for those who are vegan.
Parking: There is plenty of free parking outside, and there is even a gas station.
Kid-friendliness: There was plenty of space for children to play.

A wonderfull moment and a so pleasant dinner here ? on the evening of 24/09/2023. We came from Brittany (Breizh celtic land ☝️ end west of France ?) for a big Road Trip to Portugal. Peso da Régua was our 11th stop , we were following the Douro Valley (5*). We spent an evening dining in this restaurant mainly frequented by locals. Entrance is atypical and walk down untill door opening on the small room downstairs which is a mini bar including the direct sales under glass...
