I wasn't surprised, the room was very noisy, the staff looked like dizzy cockroaches, the food was nothing out of this world, the fries were hard, (too fried) The portions were well filled but I prefer less quantity and more quality...I doubt I'll go back...!

Today, upon entering the restaurant, we were very well received by Cátia, the waitress, who, after the end of the day, her good disposition and attention, knowing that she was exhausted after a day of work, left us surprised by her professionalism.
HOWEVER, WE WERE IN BELIEF when we saw that Cátia was called to our attention several times for serving us well.....To Cátia 20 Stars, for the restaurant, unfortunately, I cannot award any stars.....

I usually eat at O ​​Pinto when I feel like eating out but I want to go somewhere where I know what to expect. The food is always well served, well prepared, very good, and the service is very friendly. Prices are within current normality. Not to eat there every day but it's not exorbitant either. I definitely recommend the picanha! A delight! The pota and shrimp kebab and the salmon steak are also great choices, as are the meat platters.

One of the worst places to eat. Meat smelled rotten, the cod was also inedible, the bread was not fresh and had been heated in the microwave. The rice was sour and the staff service was terrible. There is no hygiene, the desserts have a strange taste. I don't recommend...

Simply horrible experience. We ordered cod from the lagareiro and it came raw and tasteless. We asked it to go back as it was not in any condition to eat. The employees took the cod to “pass it on the grill and then served it again” and surprise, the cod was even worse so we didn't eat it. In the end, when the bill came to pay, the restaurant charged us for the cod that came raw and that we didn't eat. We mentioned that we did not eat the cod because it was raw but the owner was arrogant and I quote “I will refund the price of the cod when you give me a whole piece”. We asked for the complaints book from the owner who refused to give them as he said he would only have to give the book after we had all paid. In short, terrible food, arrogant owners with no education whatsoever. I don't recommend anyone to eat here.
