Spent 2 months changing hotels and apartments amongst Lisbon, Parede and Cascais Fell in love with the beaches and the west Portugal winter! And once in Cascais I had breakfast everyday at Nata Lisboa Cascais, in the city center, served by the nicest cafeteria owner called SOFIA! She makes the best Pastel de Nata ever eaten and has a lot of gourmandises to serve Nata Lisboa Cascais rocks!!!

Stopped off for a coffee and pastel de natta. Really nice coffee and the pastel de natta was still warm with a lovely crispy base. Very reasonably priced.

We should probably have chosen the famous nata tarts that have given this joint its name. The locals bought them by the dozen. Instead we took a piece of brownie - it was dry and tasted like old flour mixed with dust. Eek. The coffee, though, was excellent, and the bottles of cold water were cold.

Fab 2 Portuguese tarts and double espresso and an Americano!! €6 Have done 2 days in a row and will do a third if not another after that!!! Really good!! Simple and tasty!! Nice lady serving, must be home run business!!
