Clearly a huge lack of communication with the kitchen. It took a while for the soup to come, half of the soups arrived and the other half arrived after half an hour because we called the employee's attention. We waited almost 2 hours for the main dish, we saw at least 4 tables being served around us after we arrived. We had 2 children at the table, impatient. In the end the food came with a change of dishes, there was a bit missing which they were willing to do after the rest of the table had served which we refused and shared food. We had to clear the plates off the table to see if we could be sent to dessert faster. It wasn't the first or second time I visited the space and previously, even if it was full, there was no reason to complain, but today the situation was regrettable in the middle of the week, even when it was busy. The employee didn't even apologize, in fact we didn't get back to her but noticed a total lack of coordination as her colleague responded to us in the end, more friendly and quickly. I hope they improve communication, and pay more attention, especially when there are children who are unacceptable waiting for 2 hours to eat.
