Waiters look like robots, they just want to clear the tables. The tomato rice had little flavor, it seems like the tomato broth was made and when we ordered, they mixed in the cooked white rice. When I went to pay, there were desserts on the bill that we didn't eat.

Service is always in a good mood, excellent food is never lacking, the price is appropriate for the location and the service provided.

We stayed at this hotel a few times during our tour of Portugal and it was a great spot to stay and eat. The restaurant is perfectly located and surrounded by windows. The food was very good and the staff was SUPER nice and friendly. Thank you Marcio and Bruno for making our visit to the Marques de Pombal a wonderful experience.

Extremely pleasant dining room in daylight and nighttime. Floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto Avenida de Libertad, Food and staff is excellent but I cannot praise their service. They are a credit to their profession, They insured that we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay,

Great location. Checked in a bit earlier which they were able to accommodate. Staff friendly. Dinner in hotel was good. Bedroom was okay. Breakfast was a let down. Not much choice. Coffee in room was sachets of nescafe... Ugh. Better places to stay for less money
