Excellent restaurant typical of the Azores and Portugal! The atmosphere is very friendly and the cuisine is simple but excellent! The only (small) downside is that the service time is a little long but we are not in a hurry, we are on vacation!? We really recommend this place!!??
Good food, the meat dish (beef fillet, excessive price for a fillet but it was good) the barracuda totally recommended, the place is small, more than 1 hour passed between the soup and the 1st dish. And it was hot inside. I suggest making a reservation as it is very popular for so few tables.
Just stumbled upon this place for lunch while walking around and it’s fabulous. Had the specials of the day (fish soup and mackerel) and both were excellent. So good we went back the next day and were treated to a local celebration of the end of the feast of the Holy Spirit. Highly recommend for informal local fare.
