We couldn't have a proper breakfast because the cook works both at the cash register, at the coffee machine, and as a waiter. There should be a bartender, waiters, and cooks - 2 waiters, 2 cooks for such an establishment. We were ignored and then told that they physically couldn't make it. But the establishment looks great, modern renovation, great menu. The problem is precisely the lack of service personnel. On the part of the owners of the establishment, this is an attempt to save on staff in order not to pay salaries, but it is a minus for customers, because people cannot eat here, which means that they will not leave their money here. But the Azores are developing and soon there will be more and more great restaurants here. The atmosphere is tense precisely because of the suffocating female cook who does not have time to do anything, I am very sorry that the owners do not take care of their workers.

Cute place in the heart of Ponta Delgada to have breakfast. Unfortunately the space is very understaffed. The service doesn’t make you feel welcome. We had to wait almost one hour to receive our complete order. The food itself is good but nothing outstanding.

I loved the style of the cafe, really clean and modern style.
The coffee and ice-cream were really nice. They also had decaf coffee.
I also had the carrot cake which was nice but for my taste was lacking a bit of fluffiness and spice. The cream cheese frosting was delicious.

From the outside and inside, the place was very beautiful, the dishes looked incredible, but the service was very poor, the staff was friendly but the waiting times were very long, the dishes were brought in very disorganized. The Beagle with Scrambled Eggs left something to be desired, cold and the bread very hard. The açai, fried egg and the pancakes, very delicious, it's a shame you have to wait 40 minutes for things to be brought to you ?

Delicious good looking food, quite a good coffee but the service was terrible, we were waiting for them to come for 10 minutes then we waited for another ten minutes for the drinks, my wife got warm juice that was supposed to be beetroot/ginger/pinneapple, but it tasted like beetroot with water. The service acted like we are not worth their attention.
