Hilariously mediocre food. We got the catch of the day and the steak. The catch of the fish was okay, but the veggies were very underseasoned. The steak was overcooked, not tender, and had no sauce or anything with it. The fries it came with lacked salt altogether and tasted like old oil. The bread we started with was also cold and flavorless. Seriously disappointed.

Dining with a party of 12. We were one of 4 tables inside. Looks like a really nice place, high end.
Took 10 min for someone to come say hello and asked if we would like menus. Not very busy, but they did not have enough menus for all, had to share.
Presentation of the food is quite nice, but it ends there unfortunately.
Ordered the aged Angus steak, med rare. It showed up almost well done, very tough.
No one came by after the food was delivered to see how it was, sat there for 15 min with this inedible steak. When we flashed someone down, told them the issue, I didn't want anything else by that point s all others were finished, but they let the steak sit in front of me another 20 min.

Since all the restaurants we actually wanted to go to were fully booked, we ended up at Balcony Restaurant.
It had the impression that we didn't correspond to the clientele that usually comes there.
The food was very good. The price is high but ok. The service too, but was very stiff and impersonal. The atmosphere is cool, not for a cozy evening with a glass of wine

The only thing that saves this place is the service they have. We ordered the tasting menu, don't do it, mediocre is an understatement. In their dishes they say that they have caviar and it is a substitute... Well it is like traveling 40 years to the past with the subject of food.
Good wine list and, as mentioned above, good service from the dining room team, but what you're going for is eating and you end up badly.

We were blown away by how good everything was here. From the service to the food, everything was exceptional. Both food and service were the best we experienced during our one week stay on the island. Highly recommend the angus beef dish and the Belgian chocolate dessert.

We had the 5 course meal pared with wine twice during our four night stay. The first one was so amazing we decided to do it again and we were not disappointed. Each meal is unique, depending on what fresh food is available. I highly recommend this restaurant and the Grand Hotel.

I loved having spent New Year's Eve in this peculiar Hotel, from the friendliness of the staff to the rest of the staff, to the refinement of the New Year's Eve dinner.I came alone from Continente but at table 5 I felt very accompanied by incredible people. I just have to thank God for the luck I have had. Kisses and hugs to everyone and see you soon.
