She not only treated our table but others around her in a rude manner. We ordered something on the menu called “SOPA” and it was a kind of fish soup with potatoes and pasta and no fish. I don't recommend it.

Worst restaurant of my trip. Almost non-existent service and the waiter explained to us how to get our bill per family (there were 12 of us, 3 families), but when it came time to pay it no longer worked. He only makes one invoice because it’s too complicated… Plus, it took over an hour and 20 minutes and one complaint for us to get our meal. The tables around us had their meals more quickly and the waiter didn't say anything to us. This restaurant is a disgrace to Azores hospitality. Avoid if possible.

If you are expecting to go to a restaurant where you are treated as you deserve and where you pay an adequate price, don't even think about setting foot here. Firstly, the prices are unacceptable. Guess how much this 8 shrimp dish costs? €10. Do you want to eat a fish dish? €20-30 and a 50-minute wait. Not to mention that most dishes come without accompaniment and some potatoes or soup cost €4. They don't eat meat and they order a soup that only says “SOUP” on the menu and you get a mix of sausages and pasta. When you tell the waiter that you don't eat meat, he responds with ?? and you have to just separate the meat from the rest of the soup, which you end up not eating and you'll have to pay (4 euros). When you ask a blonde waitress, after seeing the surprising prices, if the dishes can be half portions, she responds rudely. Moments later, he crashes onto the floor with 3 mugs of beer, gets you all wet, and doesn't apologize. You have to laugh so you don't cry.

I haven't even tried the food yet but I'm already so disgusted that I need to do the review now. Number 1: since when did a soup on the menu described as “soup” include meat and pasta? I think it was understandable that they mentioned this aspect, however, without it even being mentioned, a vegetarian friend ordered the dish and was faced with a disgusting soup full of meat and sausages. Number 2: Almost none of the dishes come with side dishes and we have to order them separately for 4 euros more Number 3: A 50-year-old blonde lady collapsed on the floor throwing our beers in the air, getting us wet and didn't even apologize Number 4: The waitresses are sitting at a table on the terrace, sunbathing and smoking, while it is almost full For God's sake

Very poor service. We found a table and no one came to speak to us or bring the menu. I went myself inside to pick up the menu. I waited for 30 min and either the guy nor the woman serving came to our table, even when we called them, they just ignored us. Very bad experience.
