Very bad service, we had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast to be brought to us. The place was not that full, we told one of the waitresses that we were in a hurry because we had the car in the parking lot and it was overtime and she gave us a bad look. 45min for an expensive and not so good breakfast. Since they make you pay when ordering, we have had to wait. Very disappointing

The chocolate bowl only had a few pieces of mango (very green, tasteless) and the granola had a hackneyed flavor, as if it had been closed for a long time and not crunchy at all. The chocolate is not shavings, but all the chocolate Greek yogurt, more like if you put cao cola on top than cocoa flavor. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, we waited 50 minutes for a seemingly simple dish. And it was breakfast. The food itself wasn't great either.
Surely I come from a different country with a different food and dining traditions. However...
We have made two attempts to eat at this place. Checked the menu and decided for something. We go in and try to order just to learn no options are available, just some toasts (which they call brunch). On the second attempt at 1:30pm we have explicitly asked when coming in whether the kitchen is open and if we can order lunch. We sit down and a few minutes later we learn the kitchen has just closed.
If not bait & switch tactics, then lack of communication from kitchen to the dining area. And running out early on food supply.
No comments on the food.

A very disappointing experience, despite the nice location appearance.
It is rare to see restaurants running with such unorganized processes and unmotivated staff (understaffed? too many extra hours? @business owner: please let us know): even when the premises are more than half empty, it happened to have waiting times of more than 1 hour, dishes brought separately (15 minutes at least between each other, that is not nice if you eat in company) and you have to run after the personnel.
Furthermore, one of the dishes had an ingredient that I was told not to have, and it can be really dangerous in case of allergies.
For the first time in my life, I left the restaurant with the plates basically untouched. Of course, we paid (if you seat outside, you are requested to pay at order time). Last but not least, no receipt was given even if asked (I only got the card payment receipt).

Worst esperience ever in Ponta Delgada. Almost empty Place and still waited for One hour Just to get the drinks. First dish arrives and After another 15 minutes we are still waiting for the second One, wich was specifically asket to be without pepper and gess what... Arrives with pepper, which Is terribile for my stomach. We kindly point this out to the waitress and the responce Is: i don't know the specific ingredients, you have to look on the menu. We left, very disappointed. Worst part was the rudness of the waitress, kind of felt like we were not welcomed at all. I would question the purpose of that place if It Is not to accept paying clients. Oh, and I am forgetting that we were asked yo pay in Advance.
