You wait 30 minutes for a roll of ice cream. We ordered at 9:25 p.m. and received it at 9:58 p.m.!! Service very slow, just before falling asleep. Despite a huge queue, the ice cream in the roll was made very slowly. It was more important for the staff to stand in the right queue to pay. Just waiting in line is just annoying. Too few staff, very unmotivated and far too slow. Small ice cream truck at the harbor. No go at the port with the waiting time and the “speed” Everyone annoyed. Ice cream is not always consistent in taste, salted caramel is not salty, for example. The texture is strange, stringy, rubbery, I didn't like it. The most unpleasant thing, however, was the rudeness of the woman at the checkout. The square is a nice location, but it's not their credit.
