There are no words. Simply SHAMEFUL. At lunch time, after more than an hour of waiting, the "Bacalhau à lagareiro" despite 70% being bones, came with the potatoes not undercooked but completely raw. The same happened with the potato that accompanied the Filetes, the picanha ordered medium came completely burnt. Horrible.

As I am a former customer and I had even written that here you probably had the best roast chicken in São Miguel, today I had a very negative experience when I went for lunch with my family! He was served by an employee who, at the very least, seemed like he was making fun of me when he replied that there was no tomato salad, much less onion... Anyway, after some insistence, he began to set the table idly, let's say, there were 4 of us and he brought 3 dishes, the glasses arrived in turn, a good while later they brought a simply disgusting plate full of fat, the last glass was so dirty that it was impossible for anyone to drink from “that” finally the tomato and onion salad arrived, the chicken there appeared and unfortunately the quality no longer has anything to do with what it was, of course an unpleasant environment and an exaggerated price for two adults and two children in which they only asked for a bottle of water to drink, plus two coffees at the end... And so The day has come when I will never go back because lack of hygiene is not tolerable in any restaurant!

I do not recommend! Unfriendly and unprofessional employee. I hadn't even finished feeding my daughter and was already taking the paper towel from underneath me without even asking. Grilled meat dipped in butter, be it turkey steaks or picanha. Super greasy and EXPENSIVE for what it was. Mixed and dirty bathroom, we went at 12pm and therefore there was a clear lack of hygiene and cleanliness.
Despite the friendliness of the staff, unfortunately, everything else left a lot to be desired. The lack of dishes, ingredients and the delay made the meal a real challenge.
