This is a wonderful bakery with great pastries and excellent prices. We have been there 3 times in two days. Can't wait to go back tomorrow.

Regarding the products they sell there, there is nothing to complain about...Regarding the bread transport vans: very poorly parked... especially for those who want to enter and leave the hotel... they always block the exit... very bad ?

The papossecos are not what they were, they are very thin and when undercooked they need to be cooked more to make them more crunchy.

I made a purchase with an ATM and after saying payment made at TPA, I removed the card. The receipt was not printed after it. The man who helped me said that I couldn't do that and that now I had to pay twice. He asked me for the card and kept it until he was able to try again, he tried and the TPA (ATM) said DOUBLE PAYMENT, he insisted that I had to pay again and so I did. I confirmed THE BANK ACCOUNT and there was the repeated payment and then I showed it to him, to which he replied numerous times that it wasn't his fault that he didn't know if he paid or not and the paper didn't come out. But the TPA WARNED ABOUT THE DUPLICATE PAYMENT, THE BANK SHOWED THE DUPLICATE PAYMENT and it REFUSED WITH APOLOGIES NOT TO RETURN THE FUCKING MONEY. That said, a complaint to the competent authorities and a shame not to teach employees manners, empathy and how to use the damn ATM.
