3 employees and not even a cafe know how to take the table, they don't serve the table. for a snack bar with 8 or nine small and empty tables I pay and the 3 employees are still there chatting and I do their job of getting the food from the counter. Furthermore, they are not friendly at all, it seems like we are doing them a favor and that they are there out of obligation, the pizza is the best, but the service is unprofessional, and there is no friendliness on the part of the employees and the dark-skinned employee who works there, very badly, the management should do it go see the terrible environment there

Best service we've had in São Miguel, Durval is perfect and make you feel at home! We thought at first that he was the owner by the way he was taking care of everybody else and us! Pizza turnover was good and the Oreo Mousse also very good!

The continental gentleman who assisted us was polite and friendly above average, especially on our island (a rare thing), which made up for those of the colleague who didn't even say good morning to us (something already usual since she has been a member of the group for years).A good bet, therefore, both in flavors and in improving the new employees who "save" some of the usual bad faces and make customers feel cherished and well-received.

Exquisite treatment by the waiter Durvwl with very rich dishes and suggestions. We tried the delicious homemade red fruit lemonade and the very tasty calamari, very good. It is a kind of fast food but with a differentiated service compared to the rest of the places we have visited on this beautiful island. Other than that, the only place where we were able to speak fluently. A very special word for the collaborator Durval who is simply a pleasure and someone with above average charisma. We cannot say the same for the colleague who never smiled and was rude. Even so, many thanks to the kitchen and especially with so many people, he took five minutes to explain the menu and specialties with all the kindness in the world, and he amazed us with his perfect Spanish.
