We ordered 4 pastels de nata but bit just once. The dough was tough. I would say that it was at least 2 days old. Disappointing. It’s understandable that the espresso was more water than coffee because this is not cafeteria. But when you go to bakery you expect fresh pastery.

I ordered 6 malasadas, asked if they were fresh, they said yes, they were super doughy and not at all fluffy, full of sugar and oily. What's going on in this bakery??? For years I always bought malassadas there!!! The worst part is that before I went to get mine, I had recommended them to some people. Rather pay more and eat better. For me, for malassadas, these were the last ones I went to get there. The employee was very friendly.

Horrible, lack of respect on the part of the distributor. Never.We ordered the cakes to be sold every day in our cafe and asked them to come at 7 am.The distributor arrived at 9 or 10 in the morning (when our customers are already working).We kindly asked the distributor if he could come earlier twice. His answers were "I've been sleeping" and "come work there and see what it's like".If they had told me from the beginning that it was impossible to deliver at the time I requested, I would understand and wouldn't even care, but as the distributor is rude, they lost another customer.
