The stuff ignored me for half an hour and I had to ask for the menue? The didnt clean the table I didn't get any napkins on so on. The only reason I dont give one star is because they tried to make it up in the end. But this is Grand hotel and there are no excuses. Send the stuff for training at Grand hotel Stockholm, Roger Moores favourite place, and thet will learn what worldclass service is ?

Was here for a couple of drinks in the evening and it was fantastic!! Live music in the evening keeps you entertained and cozy. The service was top noch , I highly recommend the Vapore!

So far as hotel bars go, this one is excellent. The service is creative and attentive. They are wonderful at making suggestions regarding things to do in the island. Their cocktails are a lot of fun, and if you don't know what you want they will come up with something you will enjoy.

This is my third time dining here. This bar/lounge is at a 5-star hotel for a reason. The staff are always courteous, professional, and friendly. And the meals are delicious, tasty, and promptly served no matter the time of day.

We started our night in the Vapore bar. We had barman Rafael’s AfterTen cocktail - an off menu creation that we loved. We were here midweek in December so a quiet relaxed environment, friendly and welcoming staff, comfy seats.

We stayed in this hotel for a girls trip and had drinks at the bar almost every evening - it was quiet, all of the staff have been very welcoming and friendly. The best part is the espresso martini - truly one of the best I’ve ever had. One of the bartenders also recommended an After 8 type of martini which was also delicious and not heavy or creamy like others. Would highly recommend popping in here for a drink!

Cannot recommend the Grand Hotel and the Vapor lounge enough! The drinks and service were outstanding. Rafael was especially nice and offered us his cocktail creations that weren’t on the standard menu. They were so good! Thank you Grand Hotel & Rafael for the amazing drinks and service!
