Portions were very large, food was cooked well but under seasoned and not much flavour. Too little or too much salt on most things. Service was very nice, and the menu has a lot of seafood options. We had seen great reviews but would say this was just okay.

We visited the grotto next door and that's when we noticed the restaurant. The food was very tasty...luckily we were there early, because later on the service was a bit slow due to the long distances. Each waiter had to bring their own drinks, which also delayed the service. But all in all, we ate and drank very well for little money by German standards.?

The chicken on the guide has an exceptional flavor, as does the octopus salad (starter). The fish is very fresh and we ate a delicious grilled pitcher. The vegetables à Brás were very interesting; I only wish the potatoes hadn't been smaller. The desserts were also delicious.

Better value and less waiting for far better food than all the restaurants (read: tourist traps) in the city center. Reasonably priced too, paid 60 euro for dinner, dessert, and wine for two.
We tried the squid and the octopus. The latter was incredible; it had the tenderness of a good steak and was shockingly not even slightly fishy. Among the best I've had. The squid was also excellent.
The staff was also friendly and accommodating, and had good service.
Seems to be popular with locals too, that should tell you everything:)

We arrived at the restaurant and the waiter told us in a very rude manner to go sit on a bench and wait. I don't think any client deserves treatment like that. I wouldn't recommend it.
Very grateful they were open late and required no reservations. Food was decent and came in generous portions.
