We had some toasts and juices in the late afternoon. We were told there was nothing else, the coca-cola was proper warm. The waiter was kind, but the bar was rather dirty and the toilets unclean and without toilet paper. The spot is near the river so we would ignore, except then cards were not accepted and we had to walk 10 min to withdraw.

Employees with no experience, they didn't know how to explain anything. I had sangria and my son ordered a crepe that was inedible.Finally I asked for coffee where they served me without cream and completely full of dregs.I complained and they took another one.

The food is nothing special, the meat had no taste at all. But the score I give is not even for that. In a food place where hygiene is paramount, it seems incredible that a person has to ask the maid three times to put soap in the bathrooms. After insisting, they accepted that they didn't have it and I asked for dish soap, which I had to remind them too until they offered it to me. How easy it would be to resolve a situation like this if they were right from the start and offered alternatives instead of ignoring customer requests.
