We went there for lunch on the recommendation of a friend, we couldn't be more disappointed. We ordered Brasão da vaca steak and cod cataplana. For the steak, it was requested very clearly and insistently that it be medium rare. Regarding cod, 4 doses were ordered, because we were informed that each dose was for 2 people. When they brought the food, the steaks were completely cooked, and you couldn't even see a pink color, much less the red color of the meat. Probably one of the worst steaks I've ever eaten in my life. When we mentioned this to the waiter (who, by the way, did his best to serve us well), the response was "I ordered it from the kitchen medium rare", with not a single attempt being made to try to present a solution. Regarding the cod, they brought a cataplana saying it was one dose and when after a while he asked for another one that was missing, the answer was that after all it was 2 doses. The cataplana was nothing more than fried cod placed inside a cataplana. A terrible experience and a restaurant that we will definitely not repeat.
