“The food is very good!
For those who like to experience different gastronomic cultures (flavors and seasonings) it is undoubtedly an option in Ponte de Lima.
Coalho cheese, for those who like it, there is one very close to us!
Fried and cooked cassava. I like both although the cooked one is my favorite.
The main dishes were very good.
Mushroom risotto with black pork feathers!
Empty steak with melted cheese and crispy fries.
Romeo and Juliet pudding dessert (with guava paste).
I recommend it to try different flavors and combinations of flavors.
Congratulations“

“Visiting Ponte de Lima, which highlights the quality of service combined with gastronomic quality. An excellent wine cellar that brings the best the region has to offer. Fabulous
Parking: Easily parked around the restaurant“
“This was a fabulous surprise as a vegetarian in Portugal, I would definitely eat here again! They have a vegan chef special each night and I had a vegan bolognese in a puff pastry with a creamy spinach and mushroom sauce. I rarely finish my meal and I didn’t leave a crumb. Sooo good. My husband had a pork dish with a mushroom sauce that he ate every bite as well. Warm homemade bread with garlic butter and a tempura like squash blossom as a ‘treat from the chef’ were lovely. Unfortunately we had no room for dessert because we would have tried the cheesecake or crème brûlée. The service was friendly and attentive and an overall great experience. If they weren’t closed tonight I would be eating there! Don’t miss it!!“

“my wife and I really enjoyed this restaurant with its quite chic atmosphere.
The flesh of the cod we ate was quite firm, and a little salty for our taste. Cooking and flavor were good. Seeing the cod cooking over a wood fire in front of us is a real spectacle! My wife's meat was tender and good. I regret not having tasted the chorizo cooked over a wood fire. Next time...
The portions are large but the price is still quite high.
We would happily recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely come back.
Parking: the restaurant has a small parking lot with 15-20 spaces. But it is quite easy to park in this small village.“

“About piglet…Nowhere have I ever eaten a suckling pig so good with those sliced potatoes, there is no better one than the suckling pig from the Lage snack bar. At first, when we went there, we were in doubt whether we should eat suckling pig or not, as they are also known for their the best roast chicken in the area, but it was the suckling pig that we opted for and we couldn't have chosen better without a doubt, there is only one negative point, and that is that it takes forever to be served, and there is only one waiter, which leaves something to be desired. because you have to do everything from ordering starters, serving drinks, serving food, serving coffee, serving dessert, taking the receipt from the bill if the restaurant is full, it's complicated for a single person but still always with a smile and friendly! !!
Parking: There is parking at the back of the restaurant, which makes it much easier than leaving the side of the road.“

“One of the best restaurants in Ponte de Lima. We tried the meat and it is spectacular. We took the typical starters of the area and they had nothing to do with what we had tried in other places, all very superior. The atmosphere and treatment of the staff is close. I found it cheap for the atmosphere, exclusive treatment and quality of food. From the restaurant you can see the horses.we will repeat“
