They had never treated me with so much disinterest. I was there on Sunday, June 16, 2024. We ordered 2 martini that were served to us in a glass that not even my grandmother uses, they charged us 7 euros, not even an olive and the waitress served us as if she was paid poorly.

Pastelaria com bons produtos, mas o serviço foi péssimo. Pedimos o menu ao sentar, e disseram-nos que não tinham menu. Como alternativa, perguntámos o que havia, e não quiseram responder. Levantámo-nos para ver as montras e efetuar o pedido. Ao efetuar o pedido, perguntámos por opções vegetarianas, e a empregada riu-se, desprezando as nossas necessidades. O pedido foi simples (sandes, torradas e bebidas). Quando veio, faltaram coisas do pedido que tínhamos feito. Quando pedimos o que faltava, obrigaram-nos a pagar antes de trazer o restante. Durante todo o processo, nem um sorriso ou uma palavra simpática. É a prova viva de que um mau serviço altera por completo a experiência do público. Não recomendo!

Terrible service! Basically no options. They didn't have everything we asked for. High prices.
We stopped for coffee and cake. Everything was fine but when it came time to pay it took them 30 minutes to return the returns and in the end we had to go get them ourselves…
