If you pass through the north of Portugal and come to visit the town of Ponte LimaDon't hesitate to come and stay herewith my daughter, it's our favorite coffee in the morning we come there for breakfast their pancakes are delicious and you have a wide choice to accompany them2.50 per pancake and depending on the topping or other treat you want to add count between 50 cts or 1.50And the Machiatto caramel is as sweet as can be

We tried the eggs Benedict and the Focaccia with caramelized onions. It wasn't a good experience, both dishes had bacon and the bacon had bones. All the time and we were spitting out a piece of bone. Another problem was the avocados were not ready to be served, they were hard.

I love going to Maria Rosa! In addition to Ponte de Lima being the charm that it is, the food there is always very much in the "comfort food" style and also delights our soul. The staff are always very friendly and you have to have good legs to go up and down with orders to the top floor ? Orders, on busy days, tend to be slower - but this is normal. I recommend!
