Welcoming and very kind staff ☺️
We ate very well !
The cod fritters delighted young and old (12 pieces) and a dish of two people of bacalhau for two adults and two pre-teens suited us perfectly ?
To do again without hesitation ☺️
It has improved a lot since the last visit. The food could be a little better but it's better this way. affordable prices and the organization of the room is good. the table service is 5 stars, very attentive and friendly staff. Super recommended compared to the competition.

I've been to this restaurant several times since my childhood. However, I hadn't been to this house for a few years now (since before the pandemic). It took some time, but the sarrabulho rice is still very good, the tureen very full, and "scrubbing" as it should. However, the second part of the dish this time was not so good. As for potatoes, nothing to point out. They were good, although they were fried and not baked. As for the intestines, they could have been better. The firecrackers were hard. They need more time to prepare.
Even so, it remains one of those places, in the town of Ponte de Lima, where you can eat a sarrabulho that is closer to the traditional recipe and without surprises in the final bill.

The experience was not good. I ate with my partner, I ordered a starter because I wasn't feeling very well and he ordered a portion of Cod with onions. When the portion arrived it was so large that I told the waiter that we had ordered a portion for one. And he told us that they couldn't make a portion for just one when the menu does give you the option. I attach a photo, there you can clearly see that they have two prices depending on the quantity. We have felt deceived, and the ways have not been good at all

This was the worst service in all of Portugal! The food...sometimes cold...The creme brulee came to the table frozen. In our opinion, completely overrated!

traditional northern restaurant, where I highlight the Ponte de Lima-style rojões with sarrabulho rice and the gaio-style onion cod (Minhota). Friendly and attentive employees.
