We have made reservations to eat on Sunday, May 12, the same day, and in person, for 2:00 p.m.
We already got off to a bad start when we arrived to eat when the waitress told us that she doesn't know anything about the reservation, but that if we say we have it, then she will have to serve us.
It was bad for me not to leave at that moment, because his manners and manners when speaking to us were bad (that was only the preview of what awaited us...)
We sit down, and she comes rushing to tell us to order now, because the kitchen closes (at 2:05 p.m.) All this with the table not set up... Well, ok, can you bring us the menu? Answer: We only have these 3 dishes from the entire menu, we have no more food. He informs us that the cook is on sick leave, and that they had reduced the menu, and that they only had those 3 meat dishes (no cod, no salad, no rice, nothing at all...)
We are understanding people, who can understand that the Charter is shortened, that there is a lack of staff, that a Sunday is a busy day and they are overwhelmed, etc...
But what was incomprehensible here was the attitude, without ever accepting the establishment's failure to inform when booking that they had shortened the menu, and
Second, which is the most serious thing, the waitress did not recognize that they had taken more people than they should and that they did not have food for all the diners (we also heard the tables next to us complain that they were served fewer portions than the that they had ordered, hence my deduction that it was not just that they had shortened the menu that day, but that they took more diners than they had portions, and they were stretching what they had so that we could all eat...)
To make the restaurant even worse, we saw some of these tables passing by with cod and other things that they told us they didn't have, and they even took more tables that arrived later than us (for those people the kitchen should not be closed and they should have another different letter than ours...)
Not even with a reservation and a 6-year-old girl even brought us drinks, we had to go to the bar to ask for them because we were dying of thirst.
Total indignation, with their lack of professionalism and at the time it was, they left us with no option to find another restaurant to eat...
To close the fatal experience, to pay we had to do numbers and raise cash that we almost didn't have, because paying by card didn't work for them... (the latter can happen, but the truth is that with the bad experience we had, it was like, but something else could really happen to us here..)
Last visit for me and my family to eat in this business, because of their lack of professionalism and the bad treatment they had with us. It is not necessary to have an extensive letter, what failed here were other things...

The outside environment is very good, the inside a little dated. My food experience has been a 10. Great cod and a really delicious dessert. The price in relation to the quality and abundance, I would say cheap. To repeat!

I went to this place for lunch during the new markets and ordered sarrabulho rice. The meat was dry, it was clear that it was not fresh and had been heated. The rice wasn't bad but it was warm, almost cold. I didn't like the experience.

I have no idea if the food was good or not as I sat with my wife and our 4 month old baby for 35 minutes and they didn't even deign to set the table. I didn't want to wait (obviously) to see how long it would take to serve the dishes. Badly organized as it was easy to see...

We wanted a quiet restaurant.. all the restaurants by the river were full and there was a lot of noise around... almost giving up, we found this restaurant.. very nice terrace.. a correct menu.. we were served in 10 minutes... Picanha and veal .. very good!! Recommend ???

We arrived at 7 around 1pm. Server very unpleasant despite that some of us are from the village and therefore speak Portuguese. We ask for two daily specials, chicken. The waiter comes back to tell us that there is only one left. Ashamed, because he swings a chair in passing as if to express his displeasure. We left quickly. No desire to return if it is to be treated in this way.
