Most typical dinner you can have in Oporto. Two elder women will cook for you dishes with the original receipt, in a cozy, small restaurant that will let you feel as you are in your grandma’ house. Best experience I had in Portugal!
We would rate this 10 stars if we could! Dinner was an amazing experience. The dining area is super small, giving it a family feel. It was like eating at my Portuguese great-grandmother's house and the owner's made it feel cozy and comfortable. The decor added to the terrific ambiance. The food was every bit as nice. Very tiny restaurant, found in a small street of Porto, a bit outside of the tourist hectic area. So the real Porto is welcoming you in an authentic place for a great diner. Maria does everything there but mostly holding the kitchen. She is the great chef after real Portuguese Bacalhau. You can’t just miss that.
