The staff member serving us is always very curt and rather rude. The fist visit we thought maybe she is having a bad day, but the second visit was no different. We were very polite, spoke in Portuguese to order, but still got the same cold shoulder. The ice cream options are wonderful, but after visiting twice I will not return. There are a couple other ice cream shops within walking distance that have the same ice cream, but with friendly service.
