Good evening, it is with great displeasure that I come to criticize this place, since last Tuesday I ordered cabidela rice as a dish of the day and to accompany a glass of red wine, which I have never eaten, that is, tried, something so horrible in my entire life.I approached the employee to report what had happened and he didn't react at all.Without eating anything other than a bite of rice and a bite of chicken, finally, I continued to drink my glass of red wine, in which I came to find with immense surprise that there were two flies at the bottom of it, I approached the employee who didn't even ask for a single apology for what had happened and on top of that he told me that he had just opened a bottle just for me, he charged the same daily rate without any satisfaction.I paid without even haggling, always waiting for someone to apologize for the service, but nothing!... It was the first time I went to this establishment and the last.I'm not going to tell you to stop attending because it could have only happened to me, but....

I came to try it for the first time today after seeing the good reviews, what is my astonishment when I order roasted sausage with bread and when I eat it there is not one but more than one animal I obviously complained and what is my astonishment when I order it at the end the bill and they charge me for something I didn't eat because it contained animals... I don't recommend it at all

The parrilha at this restaurant is served in a cataplana, not grilled as it is supposed to be. The name Xurrascão alone makes us think of barbecue, grilling... none of that. The chicken was roasted, like the ones you buy in supermarkets, but drizzled over with a super spicy and salty sauce, the rice dry from being reheated. Fries could be served separately as they are drowned in fat.
It takes a long time to be served, the house was only served by another table and we waited over an hour. Most of the food was already cold when served. We opted for dinner outside but the lighting was horrible, we hardly even saw it for dinner.
