The Olivença restaurant is an institution in Ponte de Sor. Excellent food and great service. I recommend the dogfish soup and the lamb picanha. The fruit salad is also excellent. Now located in the Market it has a more modern atmosphere.
We liked it. It's a very nice space because next to it is the weekend market and on the other side of the room a beautiful view into the interior of Alentejo. We also ate very well. The only thing to criticize is the wine we had which was not good but we said and the waiter replaced it immediately with a new bottle, so very good family time (to be returned).
Located inside the Municipal Market of Ponte de Sôr, it almost goes unnoticed, but upon entering, we were astonished, with the cleanliness of the said Market, the restaurant is in the background with a view over the river and park, the food is excellent and served twice The house red wine is excellent at a good price, the desserts are a real treat, I recommend a pajamas, accompanied by an excellent cup of coffee.I recommend it, pay attention to what you book, the kitchen closes...
