A great experience, one to repeat for sure! We started the meal with an exceptional fresh board, with really quality products. We went for the francesinha and loved it. To finish, a great rhino drool! Everything was very good, from the service, care, quantity and price-quality ratio. We had made the reservation through The Fork app with an associated 30% discount, however, due to our error, it was not accepted in the system and, even without this obligation, the discount was still accepted. The care made us even more pleased. We will recommend and will definitely return.

Very pleasant restaurant with 3 dining floors, professional but very formal service (a smile wouldn't go amiss). Unfortunately the food didn't live up to the rest, we ordered some broken eggs which were VERY well served but they weren't anything special, the francesinha was probably one of the worst I've ever tasted, the sauce didn't taste AT ALL like francesinha sauce and the chicken wasn't good, Tastes are tastes and they can't be debated, but I would never repeat such a dish again, the pizzas looked very good and that was perhaps what we should have chosen. The subermesa was pleasant but didn't make up for the other dishes.Based on what I ate, I wouldn't recommend it but I can't speak for the rest, I certainly won't go back.

I found the service too formal for the environment in question. Tasty food but I didn't think it reflected the price.

I waited for the second experience to be able to evaluate more properly. I agree that the pizza should have a thin crust, however the dough is almost transparent, little filling and part of the pizza was burnt.Thinking about the price / quality I've had much better experiences.

An establishment with a terrible environment, service and food.- It has a busy and noisy environment, with the dining room full (with the room on the lower floor being empty).- Staff are arrogant and poorly organized, ignoring certain tables.- The food is poorly served, where the dishes have side dishes in reduced doses. Example of the picanha dish for 2. They don't have typical side dishes for this dish since they claim to value the freshness of the food. The meat itself is not a whole piece of picanha, 80% of the piece presented is fat. With meals like this, the average price for a table for 6 was 23 euros, an exaggeration given the quality of service and food.

I went with a colleague of mine to try the place, it is beautiful and well located. When we arrived there was only a table of 6 people and the restaurant was very quiet, yet the young man who served us was completely incomprehensible, he spoke so softly that we simply could not hear him. Several times I felt bad for asking again and again what he was saying because I didn't understand him, it wasn't just me, my colleague also had a lot of difficulty. The starter was good, the hamburger beautiful, but the flavors combined a little badly, especially the onion, it should have been caramelized and not vinegary to combine perfectly. The burger is a little big for the mouth, but almost impossible to eat with cutlery. As for dessert... they had rhinoceros drool that we went to see on their Instagram what it was, since it was 5 € approximately and that in the picture it looked like a large dessert and with a lot of calories we asked to share, to which they bring a plate, two spoons and a giant bowl where they take a tablespoon of what would be rhino drool. 5€ for a tablespoon of something that doesn't even look like drool compared to camel drool. It is a hard, dry dessert, too sweet and with so many flavors that are confused in the mouth and, in my opinion, do not combine very well. It's an interesting place, not expensive, except for dessert for me, but honestly I don't know if I'll be back. Oh and the drink, we ordered a cola, it's a pressure drink, I hadn't read anywhere that it was like that, but for the price... once again, it's not bad.
