The chef is amazing, and the service is stellar. I had the halibut, and it was the best meal I've had in ages. Our server (and other helpers in the dining room) were responsive and wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
The nachos were wonderful. The fillet burrito was delicious. The drinks were good. The food was served quickly. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very quiet. Very dog friendly. A great place to have brunch. Our server was Jason who was very polite and very prompt Would definitely come back here again

Went to celebrate our anniversary. The room was extremely loud with 3 different groups celebrating an event that night. Our waiter was amazing! The food was horrible, tasted like it was made out of a can Andre was bland, my grilled chicken was crispy. The bread was hard as a rock.

The food was good and the service was excellent. The prices were a little higher than I expected but understandable. We live locally so we eat here a couple times a year. We will be back.

Food was great waiter was friendly kind I thought very expensive dinner for 2 $120 Why is a glass of wine so expensive ? I only had 1 glass of wine my husband drank water . We go out rarely because so pricey but enjoyed the evening
Wife and I had the Eggs Benedict and Huevos Rancheros for Sunday brunch, and were thoroughly satisfied. Both plates tasted great, the service was attentive, and the outdoor patio table overlooking the coastline cannot be beat!Easy five stars.

We got the restaurant week meal and my steak was full of gristle. I could only eat about a two thirds of it. The desserts weren't that good. Our service was slow. There was a table of nine in the middle of the room and they were so loud that we could barely hear the server.
It is always a pleasure to return to Marisol. An exceptional and innovative menu for Restaurant Month, beautifully presented and served. Highly recommended throughout the year as well for meals becoming a very special occasions.
Had thee Best French Toast in my life! The service could of been better, the wait time was a bit longer than I would of liked but the waiter did notify me it would be a wait, since it was a Sunday morning I get it.

Our waiter Charlie was the best! We enjoyed him, his service was perfect. He was also fun to visit with. Very friendly and happy. It was a cold day and we asked Charlie to move us to a spot less windy and he did so with no problems, selecting the perfect spot.

We have stayed at the Cliff many time over 30 years and eaten at the restaurant as well the food, drinks, and view never disappoint but are server for dinner was not up to your usual level we have had in the pass . Maybe it was just an off night for them.

We were sat on the patio and the heaters Did not work, so when rained some made it pretty cold and uncomfortable the quality of the food was good, the volume of food was very small for the price.

What an absolutely beautiful setting for the Holidays! They've done a fantastic job decorating everything to look like a “Winter Wonderland”!!! Please hang on to your chef ... he's The Best!! The food was perfectly made! Best focaccia bread starter I've ever had in my life!! The service was great too!
