The tasting menu was wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for more than just a meal!

Not for vegetarians. The scene is gorgeous and the servers are trying hard. But the vegetarian dishes were over cooked and not that exciting for the price point.

Wow! The set menu here is fantastic! We did the four course and it was the perfect amount of food. The service was also fantastic and the venue is set up in an intimate fashion. The food was very fresh and we had the wine pairings which were also very well matched. Give it a try if you are nearby and want to try fresh, sustainable seafood that is locally sourced.

As the center piece of the luxury resort, Vila vita, you find Chef João Viegas’ stunning Atlantico pesca-& vegetarian restaurant. The service is informal, the music laid back, the sea view impressive, the tableware exquisite and the food presentation stunning. We chose the pescatarian tasting menu with 3 wines and had absolutely taste explosions like the deconstructed gazpacho, which was outstandingly served by the kind and smiling Yolanda. The quality price value is unbeatable!!

Atlantico is beautifully situated on the Vila vita estate (54 ha), the hotel for the rich and famous, such as Anastacia, Fay Ripley, Luis Figo, Sergio Ramos and Max Verstappen. Vila Vitaparc is part of the Leading Hotels Of The World group.
The most beautiful restaurant in Vila Vitaparc, with a magical view over the Atlantic Ocean.
From the reception you walk through the tropical gardens towards the Atlantic Ocean to reach restaurant Atlantico. Or you take the buggy, which will take you to the entrance of Atlantico.
Nice people work at Atlantico who clearly enjoy working. Dear people, like Yolanda, Joao, Hugo, Jimmy, Rafael, and the others! That cheerful, enthusiastic amateurism (in the literal sense of the word: enthusiast), less stiff than at the other 8 restaurants of Vila Vitaparc.
It is immediately noticeable that they take hospitality and quality seriously here. You will receive a friendly welcome and from that moment on you will be pampered.
In many top stores you are shocked when the bill is brought. That is why we are so happy to eat in a top restaurant again where we feel that the ratio is in balance. Here you can enjoy a nice dinner for a good price.
Starters from 4.50 euros, main courses from 21 euros. This is Michelin level food, for the price of an “ordinary” restaurant!
Everything is freshly prepared by the kitchen team, and all ingredients are organic and local. This applies to wine, fish and vegetables. What a great concept. Chef Joao Viegas (1988, Faro) used to work for Michelin star restaurants, and now has his own organic-and-local concept here. Atlantico does not yet have a Michelin star, but it will certainly come!
In addition to the a la carte options, there is a delicious and complete 7-course tasting menu, for 90 euros. That is a lot cheaper than at the "sister" Ocean, where you pay 255 euros for a tasting menu.
The restaurant's decor is stylish and chic, copper and azul. Luxurious, but certainly not boring. And in the background beautiful piano music.
But the most beautiful thing is actually the terrace with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the tropical garden (54 hectares), where you can dine on warm summer evenings...
The tasting menu starts with an excellent appetizer: a cookie with seaweed paste, yum.
This is followed by 7 delicious dishes, accompanied by a delicious cool wine from Silves. Enjoy an evening!
This is a restaurant I enjoy returning to. I'm already looking forward to next time. Highly recommended!

Awesome views and the staff was friendly. Food was excellent and the service was great. They were helpful and extremely attentive to all of us. We did the wine tasting at the hotels wine cellar and it was a positive and enjoyable afternoon. We learned so much. All around great experience.

Lovely hotel but far too busy and not set up to handle… 50 minutes to get a golf buggy, not enough staff throughout and a fight to get eggs at breakfast. A few tweaks needed but you’d expect that to already be in place

Wow wow wow! The best 2 weeks I have had! From start to finish it was all amazing! The staff were so welcoming and so friendly. The food was incredible and the different restaurants were all amazing and different foods on offer and the tastes were lovely. I would like to thank Rumu for his excellent service and for being so kind. I would also like to thank ana who was at the palm bar and the kids pool as she was so lovely and just did anything and was up to high standards. I would also like to put a shout out to paolo the bartender at the infinity pool as he was amazing and knew what drinks we wanted! Just everything was fantastic. We will be back next year!

This is a truly beautiful hotel resort in a seaside location in the Algarve. Positives - 1. Stunning setting, beautiful surroundings, modern and very well maintained facilities. Everything feels premium & luxury - nothing at all is ‘tired’. 2. Dedicated pools for younger children & families and likewise for adults only (12+). 3. Amazing staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. 4. Food in the breakfast buffet and restaurants was fantastic (we only tried two particularly toddler friendly ones - Whale and Adega). Negative - 1. Prices in the resort are extremely expensive. In my opinion, prices were very high even though it is a premium resort. In some cases, it seemed unnecessary. For example, €6.50 for a bottle of water, or €2 for a box to take the leftovers of our toddlers dinner back to the room! Other things worth knowing - 1. The resort is in a more residential area / suburb of Armacao de Pera so there are not many local restaurants or shops other than what is in the resort. You’ll need a taxi (or the hotel shuttle service) to get into the local town. 2. The resort is quite hilly / across lots of levels. If you have a pushchair with you, be ready for lots of uphill pushing and occasionally grappling with steps!

Vila Vita Parc is an outstanding resort. The staff was very impressive and very accommodating with any special requests. The grounds are beautifully kept. Getting to the small beach was a fairly easy walk with about 40 stairs to deal with, but not too bad. Restaurants that we tried were all great and the included breakfast was a great way to start the day! You can't go wrong with choosing this resort for your vacation. Highly recommend.

We thought the hotel was lovely overall. It was nice to have a traditional design with excellent facilities. The position and beach/cove was delightful. The pools were very well run by very attentive staff. The policy of allowing 12 yrs plus in adult areas was welcome. Although you often pay full price for this age they are not allowed full use of facilities, this was not the case at Vila Vita Parc. A restaurant that would include more reasonable prices for young teens would also be welcome, although they tend to eat more adult portions they often don’t want the fine dining. We used the local restaurants a couple of times to accommodate them. More salads available in the evening would also be welcome. We were late in using the Nana restaurant on the beach. The food was excellent. The rooms were an excellent size and the reception staff were exceptional and so helpful. We will be back.
